According to a recent Restaurant & Catering survey, 63% of food service businesses in NSW employing 10 staff or fewer (the majority of restaurants and cafés) generate less than 2% net profit, and a significant number fail in their first year of operation.
Combining a passion for the hospitality industry with a thorough knowledge of finance and best business practices this site aims to help address these statistics.
